About the Role

The Administrative Officer is responsible to the Administrative Coordinator, for the provision of an effective and efficient administrative service to the multidisciplinary Mental Health team, which support the delivery of clinical services to mental health clients.

This role services Consultants Psychiatrist and their rights to Private Practice. Duties will incorporate processing referral, maintaining client records, scheduling appointments, answering telephone and counter enquiries and liaising with staff, the public and other services on client or team related matters
