   WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

  • Do you demonstrate advanced clinical expertise and the ability to operate independently while leading complex, multidisciplinary services and providing strategic advice aligned with organisational priorities?
  • Do you have proven experience leading, mentoring and developing multidisciplinary teams, fostering a positive culture, and managing performance and workforce priorities?
  • Can you effectively plan, oversee and evaluate programs, including managing resources, analysing data and contributing to strategic and business planning?
  • Do you excel in communication and stakeholder engagement, with a strong commitment to culturally safe, client-centred care and building partnerships to support integrated, high-quality services?
