About the Role

Join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team as an Exercise Physiologist and help patients build strength, independence and quality of life through evidence based care. You will deliver tailored therapeutic interventions and support recovery for people with complex physical and mental health needs.

• Assess needs and develop tailored exercise programs
• Deliver evidence based rehabilitation interventions
• Support discharge planning and hospital avoidance
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Guide students and allied health assistants
• Contribute to education, research and service improvement

About You

You are a motivated Exercise Physiologist who delivers person centred care with professionalism, empathy and strong clinical judgement within a collaborative rehabilitation setting.

• ESSA accredited Exercise Physiologist qualification
• Deliver evidence based rehabilitation interventions
• Communicate clearly with consumers and healthcare teams
• Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary services
• Manage priorities and maintain accurate clinical records
