About the Role

Join our team as a Senior Business Consultant and help shape financial strategy, support business reform and influence operational decision making across community health services. You will work closely with senior leaders to drive improvement and deliver meaningful outcomes.

• Lead financial and business support services
• Analyse expenditure, revenue and Casemix data
• Advise leaders on risk, finance and reform matters
• Develop policies, systems and workforce strategies
• Support service improvement and operational outcomes

About You

You are a driven finance professional who enjoys influencing outcomes, supporting leaders and delivering high quality business and financial advice.

• Tertiary qualification in accounting, business or similar
• Health Care experience not required but beneficial
• Lead budgeting, analysis and financial reporting
• Communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders
• Use initiative and manage priorities independently
