Appointment to this position will be at either AHP1 or AHP2 classification, commensurate with the applicant’s level of professional experience, demonstrated competence, and capacity to perform with increasing independence, clinical judgement, and complexity of practice as outlined in the role requirements.

You will deliver a comprehensive range of services using clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care tailored to community needs. Working with increasing autonomy within a multidisciplinary team, they also support supervision of junior staff while applying preventative, early intervention and treatment approaches to optimise patient outcomes.

- Apply professional expertise and growing clinical knowledge to deliver services across increasingly complex practice areas and client needs.
- Exercise sound clinical judgement to select and adapt established methods, procedures and techniques and seeking support from senior clinicians as needed.
- Provide a range of clinical and consultative services while effectively managing workload and supporting team resource allocation and planning.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous professional development, working with increasing autonomy while seeking guidance and contributing to supervision, mentoring and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Deliver high-quality, client-centred services by promoting cultural safety, engaging consumers in their care and driving improvements in service delivery and the overall patient journey.
- Ensure accurate documentation and efficient administrative practices, while contributing to reporting, resource management and the coordination of projects and service improvements.
