About the role

The Admin Manager leads and coordinates corporate support services for the Division of Paediatric Medicine, advises on policy and strategy, anticipates issues, and supports Directors. The position acts as a key link between the Division, WCHN, and SA Health while driving operational and strategic initiatives.

Key duties of the role

  • Manage and provide human resources and financial services effectively
  • Support efficient operations and contribute to the Division’s strategic direction
  • Monitor staff performance and support employee development
  • Coordinate and oversee new initiatives aligned with the organisation’s Digital Strategy

Skills and Experience

  • Extensive experience in an administrative management role
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to work successfully within a multi-disciplinary environment
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and allocate resources to achieve defined outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, motivate, and develop staff and create a positive, harmonious work environment
  • Proven experience in initiating and managing change
