About the Role
Be part of shaping the next generation of psychiatrists in a dynamic training environment. As Assistant Program Coordinator, you will support the delivery of the formal education course and keep the training program running smoothly through strong coordination and communication.

  • Coordinate formal education course delivery and schedules
  • Support directors and educators with admin and logistics
  • Liaise with trainees and presenters' day to day
  • Manage enquiries, records and program documentation
  • This role is 30 hours per week, working set days Monday to Thursday, 9.30am to 5.30pm

About You
Bring your strong administration skills and attention to detail to a role where organisation and communication are key to success.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong computer skills
  • Clear communication with diverse stakeholders
  • Accurate admin skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Discretion and commitment to confidentiality
