Lead high-impact workforce initiatives as our Project Manager – Staff Wellbeing & Organisational Development. You'll drive the planning, coordination, and evaluation of key programs. Working with considerable autonomy, you'll apply proven project management methodology to deliver workforce priorities while developing educational content and ensuring effective governance. This role offers the opportunity to facilitate meaningful collaboration across teams and contribute to continuous improvement in staff wellbeing and organisational development outcomes.

About the role:  

  • Build collaborative partnerships with clinical services, managers, and workforce units to co-design initiatives that translate wellbeing principles into practical leadership and team practices
  • Develop and coordinate educational content such as microlearning modules and toolkits that embed wellbeing into routine clinical practice while fitting busy healthcare workflows
  • Establish project dashboards and reporting systems to track program effectiveness through participation rates, engagement scores, and psychological safety indicators
  • Work autonomously to manage multiple project timelines, risks, and governance activities while providing clear recommendations and maintaining high-quality project documentation

About you:  

  • Proven project management experience with end-to-end delivery using recognised methodologies, along with strong planning, time management and risk management skills across competing priorities
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities, with demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with diverse teams from frontline to executive level in complex healthcare environment 
  • Excellent analytical abilities with expertise in creating measurement frameworks, evaluating data insights, and delivering concise executive briefings and governance materials
