Join Us as a Program Scheduler – Support Client Care with Efficient Rostering.

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and skilled in rostering? We’re looking for a Program Scheduler to join our team, preparing and maintaining Community Support Worker rosters to ensure smooth service delivery for clients. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in balancing workforce needs with client-directed care, making a real difference in the lives of those we support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, publish, and communicate rosters to the Home Support workforce and clients.
  • Monitor and maintain rosters to ensure compliance with service delivery requirements.
  • Ensure staff are utilised effectively in line with client needs and care outcomes.
  • Support the delivery of quality services through logistically sound and cost-effective rostering practices.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience with high-volume rostering and scheduling within community care or a related industry.
  • Proven experience providing administrative support to staff.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Suite.

Applicant Information

This is a part time vacancy, working 45 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
