Please note that this position is multi-classified as either a AHP-1 or AHP-2, the classification will be determined by qualifications and experience.

We offer a rewarding opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to deliver meaningful, client-centred care that supports older people to remain independent and live well in their community. Working as part of a multidisciplinary Community Reablement team, you will provide evidence-based, goal-focused interventions across a variety of settings, including clients’ homes, clinics, and residential care.
This role offers variety and professional growth, allowing you to apply and expand your clinical skills across diverse presentations while contributing to innovative reablement and wellness approaches. You will collaborate closely with allied health professionals, support staff, and students, playing a key role in improving health outcomes, promoting independence, and enhancing quality of life for older people.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Do you hold a recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA?
- Do you have experience working with older adults, particularly in community or aged care settings, with a focus on promoting wellness?
- Do you demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team?
- Do you take a proactive approach to learning, quality improvement, and delivering culturally safe, person-centred care?
