About the Role

Join a rewarding leadership role as a Clinical Senior Psychologist, where you’ll use your expertise to deliver high-quality mental health services within a supportive multidisciplinary team across rural and remote South Australia. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on community wellbeing, while mentoring and supervising fellow psychologists and students, shaping professional standards, and driving service improvements. With a balanced focus on clinical practice and professional leadership, you’ll play a key role in advancing innovative, recovery-oriented care and influencing the future of regional mental health services.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualifications & Experience: Must be a registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA), with endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist, and approved as a clinical supervisor at all relevant levels; supported by broad experience including rural/remote practice, service development, and primary health care application.
  • Leadership & Development: Demonstrated leadership, supervision, and commitment to ongoing professional growth and reflective practice.
  • Consumer-Focused Practice: Strong commitment to community engagement, culturally competent, and person-centred care aligned with organisational priorities.
  • Technical & Administrative Skills: Proficiency in data management, technology use, documentation, and project/change management.
  • Collaboration & Improvement: Effective communication and teamwork, with proven contributions to service planning, problem-solving, and continuous quality improvement.
