    • ASO6 - $98,478 p.a. to $104,165 p.a.
    • AHP3 - $122,661 p.a. to $131,474 p.a.
    • RN/M3 - $147,125 p.a. to $153,643 p.a.

Ready to Lead Innovate Community Health Services?

Oversee a multidisciplinary Patient Journey Team delivering responsive primary health care, programs and out-of-hospital strategies across the Yorke and Northern Location Health Network (YNLHN), with a focus on chronic condition management including Better Care in the Community - Cardio, Respiratory and Diabetes, Diabetes Nurse Educators and Dietitians.

About Us

The YNLHN encompasses the Yorke Peninsula, significant areas of the Mid North and Spencer Gulf, Southern Flinders Ranges and the Clare Valley.  Its major urban centres are Pt Pirie, Clare, Burra, Peterborough, Kadina, Moonta and Wallaroo.

Pt Pirie Regional Health Service is the largest hospital in the region, providing emergency, acute inpatient, specialist surgical, maternal, neonatal, renal dialysis, outpatient and community health services.  A chemotherapy unit delivers medium-risk cytotoxic treatments. 

Clare Hospital and Health Services and Northern Yorke Peninsula Health Service (Wallaroo) are medium sized sites which support the region by providing emergency, acute inpatient care, surgical, maternal and neonatal, low-risk chemotherapy, outpatient and community health services.

Clare and Pt Pirie also provide residential aged care and Wallaroo has recently commissioned a rehabilitation service.

About You

  • Proven leadership, communication, negotiation & conflict resolution skills
  • Registered Nurse/Midwife with current practicing certificate and 3+ years post-registration (RN/M3 classification)
  • Recognised Allied Health qualification, eligible for registration or professional membership (AHP3 classification)
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight timelines
  • Experience leading change, projects & service improvement
  • Skilled in staff development, supervision & clinical education

Completion of a tertiary or post-graduate qualifications in a relevant field are advantageous, but not essential.
