As an Enrolled Nurse with Country Health Connect Community Nursing, you will play a valued role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care across the community setting. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse/Midwife, you will provide safe, evidence-based nursing care while supporting clients to maintain independence and wellbeing in their own homes.

This ongoing part-time opportunity offers a flexible 12-hour work week across a 5-day roster, allowing you to maintain work-life balance while making a meaningful impact in regional South Australia. You will be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team committed to quality improvement, professional development and positive patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care within your scope of practice.
  • Support care planning and coordinate delegated activities under RN guidance.
  • Provide education to clients, families and carers to promote self-management
  • Contribute to quality improvement, education support and professional development initiatives.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Are you enrolled or eligible for enrolment with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia?
  • Do you have at least 3 years’ post-registration experience in a healthcare setting?
  • Are you confident working both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team?
  • Do you demonstrate strong clinical judgement and a commitment to person-centred care?
