About the role

Provide end-to-end administrative support for NEHCo team within 3D Health. Manage referrals, fleet coordination, finance processing and records. Maintain systems, reports and stakeholder communication. Support health professionals within the NEHCo team and report to the Program Manager.s.

Key duties of the role

  • Coordinate NEHCo referrals, maintain databases and ensure accurate, confidential record management
  • Provide executive support including diary management, meeting coordination, agendas and minutes
  • Process invoices, reconcile expenses, manage purchasing and submit payroll documentation
  • Oversee fleet bookings, servicing, compliance monitoring and usage reporting
  • Prepare reports, monitor KPIs and support continuous improvement of office systems

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in senior administrative support (3+ years)
  • High-level Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with finance systems (e.g. Basware, Oracle)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
