About the Role

Join a dynamic team overseeing hospital billing and private practice revenue. In this role, you ensure accurate invoicing, efficient collections and strong financial reporting while supporting compliance and process improvements across the site.

• Manage invoices, claims and receipts for hospital and private practice
• Monitor debtors and follow up outstanding balances
• Process approved waivers, write-offs and funds transfers
• Prepare reports, reconciliations and compliance checks
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers

About You

You are a detail-focused finance professional who enjoys leading teams and improving revenue processes in a healthcare environment.

• Supervise, train and coordinate staff effectively
• Apply knowledge of hospital and medical billing processes
• Analyse data and develop practical solutions
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders
• Use finance systems and computer applications with ease
