About the Role

Step into a rotational Occupational Therapist role where you’ll make a real difference across CALHN. You’ll manage varied caseloads, build strong therapeutic partnerships, shape better outcomes and support junior staff while growing your own capability in a connected, multidisciplinary team.

What you’ll do

• Deliver high-quality OT services across acute, rehab and community settings
• Lead caseload, prioritise needs and tailor interventions for best outcomes
• Support and guide AHP1s, students and assistants
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Drive quality projects, education and service improvements across rotations

About You

You’re an adaptable, capable Occupational Therapist who brings strong clinical judgement, collaborative energy and a commitment to delivering safe, person-centred care across varied settings.

• Hold an approved OT degree and registration with OTBA
• Communicate clearly with patients, carers and teams
• Apply sound judgement to complex adult caseloads
• Work flexibly across services while supporting others
• Keep accurate records and use relevant clinical systems
