About the Role:
An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Urology Consultant to join the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network. This role offers the chance to contribute to a high‑performing clinical service while working in a supportive, modern and rapidly developing health network.
In this role, you will have extensive experience and specialised training in urological surgery. Building on this strong foundation, you will play a central role in managing the care of patients in close collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring safe, coordinated and patient‑centred care across the service.
Your commitment to Continuous Quality Improvement, education, and Patient Safety and Clinical Risk Management will be essential. These responsibilities naturally align with the network’s focus on clinical excellence and service development, allowing you to contribute meaningfully to ongoing improvement initiatives. Your demonstrated expertise in clinical research, and your dedication to advancing knowledge within the specialty, will further strengthen the department’s academic and teaching profile.
To be eligible for this position, you must hold a Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent. Appropriate Specialist Qualifications and registrable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with Specialist registration; or another qualification as defined in the SA Medical Officers Award.
The Total Indicative Remuneration figure is calculated taking into account base salary, leave loading and superannuation as well as managerial allowances, professional development or any other allowances where appropriate.

In this role you will bring, strong aptitude and interest in Urology Surgery, supported by significant clinical experience; proven capability in the diagnosis and management of urological conditions,; excellent clinical and technical skills; and a high standard of professional integrity.
