Overview:

  • The Corporate Records Officer is responsible for providing high-quality records management services to the Department for Health and Wellbeing (the Department) and an efficient and effective Objective ECM Help Desk Service to SA Health Objective Users, including the configuration of user accounts.
  • The position provides on-the-job training to department staff in records management processes, develops and maintains current records/Objective procedures and contributes to the unit’s strategic project planning and the implementation of improvement initiatives.
  • Provide an accurate and efficient sentencing, boxing and listing service for records of all types as per the relevant disposal schedule including administering specific sentencing and archiving projects for the Department and the Minister’s Office.
  • The position supports and provides recommendations into the automation of business processes using SA Health’s Objective Electronic Content Management (ECM) system and contributes to paperless business processes across the Department.

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
