Are you an Enrolled Nurse passionate about delivering person-centred care and supporting older adults to maintain independence at home? Join YNLHN and make a real difference by providing high-quality nursing care and support for clients and their carers within the Healthy Ageing Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Registered Nurse/Midwife to deliver safe, person-centred care
  • Provide community nursing that helps clients stay independent at home
  • Conduct new client assessments and annual reviews with the Healthy Ageing Team
  • Work alongside carers to support clients' health and wellbeing
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care while working under RN supervision

What We’re Looking For:

We're looking for a compassionate Enrolled Nurse who enjoys supporting older people to live well at home and values working as part of a collaborative team.

  • Experience in community or aged care nursing
  • Confident providing care and completing client assessments at home
  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to quality care
  • Enrolled or eligible for enrolment with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
