About the Role

Limestone Coast Local Health Network is seeking an experienced Senior Communications Advisor to lead the development, implementation and evaluation of high-quality communication and marketing strategies across the network. Reporting to the Director Governance & Planning, this role plays a critical part in supporting executive leadership, the Governing Board and services across the region to deliver clear, timely and effective internal and external communications.

This position works closely with senior stakeholders to enhance engagement, strengthen brand identity and support service development and change initiatives across the Limestone Coast region.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and evaluate strategic communication and marketing initiatives, including media, digital, publications and social media
  • Provide high-level communications advice to the Executive Leadership Team and Governing Board, including issues management and stakeholder engagement
  • Lead and coordinate marketing campaigns to increase awareness and uptake of Limestone Coast Local Health Network services, managing budgets and external providers
  • Support organisational engagement strategies and service change initiatives through effective communication and consultation approaches

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience delivering strategic communications, marketing and engagement initiatives in a complex organisation
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leaders and external partners
  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing or a related discipline (desirable)
