  • Casual weekend employment (up to 12 months)

Appointment to AHP-1 or AHP-2 will depend on the level of skills and experience.

Join SA Health's Yorke and Northern Local Health Network as a Casual Weekend Physiotherapist in Port Pirie. You'll work within our Port Pirie Community Health Team, delivering essential physiotherapy services on weekends to acute patients across diverse age groups and conditions.

What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessment and treatment services on weekends
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Deliver patient-centred care across acute settings
  • Contribute to discharge planning and rehabilitation programs
  • Maintain accurate patient records and participate in quality improvement initiatives

  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
  • Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution

Allied health services are based at Port Pirie GP Plus, which has fit for purpose clinical areas, group rooms and resources.
