About the Role

This is a great opportunity to build your career in People and Culture while supporting recruitment that makes a real difference to patient care. As a Graduate People and Culture Officer, you will help deliver consistent, high-quality talent outcomes across CALHN.

  • Provide recruitment advice as first point of contact
  • Build job ads and support recruitment selection activity
  • Support and maintain recruitment processes and campaigns
  • Support managers to use the PageUp system
  • Maintain the e-recruitment system and reporting

About You

You are a motivated and people-focused professional who values collaboration, integrity and contributing to safe, high-quality healthcare services.

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Clear written and verbal communication across diverse groups
  • Trusted interpersonal skills supporting leaders and teams
  • Strong organisation, judgement and attention to detail
  • Understanding of administrative systems in complex settings
