About the Role

Lead CALHN’s disaster resilience programs, shaping a safe, ready and responsive health network. Management of CALHN’s disaster resilience strategy, emergency response protocols and business continuity process. Build strong teams and relationships across internal and external stakeholders. Ensures resilience frameworks and systems meet standards.

  • Lead development of CALHN's overarching strategic disaster management frameworks, including Security of Critical Infrastructure

  • Develop business continuity and resilience plans

  • Lead and support Disaster Resilience Unit staff

  • Maintain training, safety and compliance requirements across sites

  • Collaborate with SA Health and government partners

About You

You are a strategic and innovative leader who thrives in complex health environments. You bring the expertise to guide programs, influence change, and enhance disaster resilience outcomes.

  • Proven ability to lead complex hospital programs and set priorities

  • Extensive experience in disaster resilience strategy and planning

  • Skilled in analysing complex information and preparing recommendations

  • Strong leadership with mentoring, guidance and change management skills

  • Authoritative knowledge of health policies, legislation and safety standards
