We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with Renal experience to support the redevelopment and growth of renal services in our growing network. This is a rare opportunity to shape service design, guide complex change, and ensure patients receive the highest standard of care during a major transformation.

As the Nurse Manager – Renal Project Manager, you will support and drive planning, coordinating and delivering of the expansion of renal services in the north. Your leadership will be central to ensuring a smooth, safe and patient‑centred transition while supporting the broader division in delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based care.

You will also contribute to the ongoing development of renal services, fostering innovation and continuous improvement across the network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • providing management support
  • contributing to a specialised portfolio aligned with service redevelopment priorities
  • coordinating and managing projects, programs and research initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery
  • collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to strengthen clinical outcomes and operational performance
  • implementing and monitoring quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with standards and best practice

To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
