About the Role:

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is offering an exciting opportunity for an Enrolled Nurse to join our Aged Care, Rehabilitation and Palliative Care division - where compassionate, person‑centred care truly transforms lives.

In this role, you will provide specialised nursing support to a diverse patient group, working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, evidence‑based care. You will play an important part in maintaining patient dignity, comfort and wellbeing across all stages of their healthcare journey.

Rehabilitation nursing is a deeply rewarding specialty, giving clinicians the opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact. Working within a dedicated multidisciplinary team, rehabilitation nurses support individuals recovering from disabling injuries or illness through personalised, goal‑driven care plans. This holistic approach addresses physical, cognitive, emotional and social needs, empowering patients to regain independence, confidence and autonomy. Rehabilitation nurses act as educators, advocates and coordinators, encouraging active participation in therapy and daily routines. It is a role that changes lives - helping patients rebuild skills, overcome challenges and reach their highest potential.

To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
