SERVICE DESK OFFICER ASO3

We are seeking a Service Desk Officer with a passion for providing professional customer service across SA Health. If you have an affinity for ICT and looking for an interesting and rewarding role, we’d love to hear from you!

About us

At Digital Health SA, the Service Desk sits within the Technology and Infrastructure Team and is responsible for end-to-end ICT service delivery across SA Health. This includes centralised customer support for desktop computing, applications, local and wide area network, telecommunications, mobility, ICT security and change management.

Not across everything? We provide training upon commencement.

Experienced in a range of computer systems and knowledge of standard desk top environment applications? Read on!

Criminal History Screening Requirement

  • A ‘National Police Certificate’ NPC (also known as a ‘Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check’ NCCHC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment)

Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact)

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.

Special Conditions

  • The incumbent may be required to work weekends on a rostered basis and working hours will be adjusted to cover 7am to 7pm each day.
  • A flexible approach to taking of leave is required.
