About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) as an Occupational Therapist within our Older Persons Mental Health Service Community Team. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults experiencing mental health challenges across Adelaide's northern metropolitan region.

Working within the NALHN Older Persons Mental Health Service, you'll provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to support older adults in maintaining their independence and quality of life within community settings. This role offers excellent professional development opportunities while contributing to NALHN's commitment to delivering compassionate, and person-centred care.

Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, you will have the opportunity to collaborate, share knowledge and contribute to the development of innovative treatment plans tailored to each individual's unique circumstances.

Appointment at the AHP1 or the AHP2 level will be dependent on the level of skill, knowledge and experience demonstrated by each applicant. Please refer to the relevant Role Description for more information about the requirements at each classification level.

To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification that entitles registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
