Join our Cardiology team as an Administrative Assistant today! 

About the role: 

As the Administrative Assistant, duties for the role will include:

  • Provide a high level of administrative services to the Nursing Staff and Cardiologists
  • Organise the Cardiologists timetables between public and private hospitals requiring liaison with other departments, health and tertiary educational institutions and scheduling clinics
  • Coordinate arrangements for meetings and appointments
  • Maintain departmental patient information databases
  • Contribute to the maintenance of effective and confidential data filing and recording systems

About you:

  • Demonstrated ability to use initiative, prioritize workloads and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated experience in providing a comprehensive and confidential clerical and typing service to senior officers
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of computer software packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
