We are seeking a dedicated Patient Services Officer to deliver high-quality, confidential, and customer-focused administrative support that underpins safe and efficient patient care at Port Lincoln Health Services. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth coordination of patient information, accurate medical record management, and a welcoming reception experience for all visitors, families, and staff.

As part of the Patient Services team, you will contribute to the maintenance of an efficient patient management system, assist with the creation, storage, and disposal of medical and general records, and support daily operational workflows that keep the health service running smoothly. You will also play a key role in delivering responsive reception services, switchboard operations, and accurate typing support, helping ensure timely communication and high-quality administrative outcomes across the service.

What We're Looking For:

  • Demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
  • Experience in file management and the use of administrative and database systems.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Understanding of Work Health and Safety legislation and principles.
