About the Role

Join our dynamic Neuroscience & Rehab team as a Nurse Educator. You’ll drive clinical education, develop tailored training programs, and create a supportive learning culture that ensures excellence in patient care. You’ll make an impact by:

  • Leading education and training for specific wards/units

  • Coordinating projects to enhance service delivery

  • Collaborating with nurses and healthcare teams for continuous improvement

  • Providing expert support to both experienced and emerging nursing staff

  • Shaping a positive and safe work environment for all

About You

We’re looking for a passionate Nurse Educator with a solid clinical background and a drive to foster learning and growth within the healthcare environment. If you’re someone who thrives in dynamic settings and is committed to delivering high-quality education, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Registered Nurse with current practising certificate

  • Experience in education or staff development in healthcare settings

  • Strong ability to lead and facilitate training programs

  • Demonstrated ability to manage change and support growth

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
