About the Role

As the Support Services Manager, you’ll lead a diverse team delivering seamless, high-quality support across CALHN sites. You’ll build strong partnerships, drive safe and efficient service delivery, and keep our environments running smoothly for patients, staff and visitors.

Key Duties

• Lead Support Services, Security and Cleaning across multiple sites
• Deliver safe, efficient service that supports clinical areas
• Oversee security programs, audits and risk minimisation
• Maintain switchboard, mail, fleet, grounds and horticulture services
• Manage rosters, budgets, staffing and performance
• Build strong relationships with clinical leaders and departments
• Oversee contractors, service contracts and KPI reporting
• Guide policy development and ensure compliance with standards
• Analyse data, complete audits and prepare reports
• Drive continuous improvement and best-practice systems
