About the Role

In this leadership role, you guide and uplift a dedicated nursing team, ensuring seamless, high-quality care for every patient. You build strong connections, shape practice, and support a positive, collaborative culture across the unit.

Key Duties
• Lead daily care coordination
• Build team capability and culture
• Guide clinical practice and quality care
• Address gaps between practice and policy
• Support junior staff development
• Maintain strong multi team collaboration

About You

You bring the right mix of clinical expertise, leadership confidence and a genuine commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.

• Hold current nurse registration with a valid practising certificate
• Lead teams with clear communication and sound clinical judgement
• Apply person and family centred care across the service
• Guide staff growth, support change and lift care quality
• Build strong multi team collaboration in a fast paced setting
