WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

This role offers the opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary Barossa Hills Fleurieu LHN team, providing professional, timely and confidential administrative support that underpins the delivery of mental health programs and services. You will play a key role in supporting staff, consumers and stakeholders through efficient coordination, communication and information management.

Working in a collaborative and supportive environment, you will contribute to continuous improvement, culturally appropriate service delivery and the achievement of service objectives, while developing your administrative skills within a complex and purpose-driven health setting.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

  • Provide responsive administrative and secretarial support, including correspondence, minutes, records management and coordination of appointments, travel and supplies.
  • Act as a professional point of contact, responding to enquiries and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support efficient service delivery through accurate documentation, invoice processing and maintenance of office systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, team effectiveness and compliance with organisational policies, safety and quality standards.
