About the role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering safe, compassionate and high-quality nursing care across our health service. This position supports your growth from a developing practitioner to a confident and capable clinician, offering the opportunity to consolidate skills, build experience and take responsibility for your own professional standards. You will be a valued contributor to patient care, ensuring every interaction reflects empathy, respect and clinical best practice.

Working within a supportive team environment, you’ll collaborate closely with nurses, midwives, students and other members of the SAMI healthcare team. You’ll provide guidance to junior colleagues, contribute to a positive learning culture and maintain meaningful connections with external organisations to meet the needs of your patients. About You

You are a compassionate and skilled Enrolled Nurse who thrives in a collaborative healthcare environment and is committed to delivering person-centred care.

• Hold registration or eligibility as an Enrolled Nurse with a current practising certificate
• Completed approved medication administration program to safely administer medicines
• Communicate effectively, work in a multidisciplinary team, and prioritise care
• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care with knowledge of standards, legislation and ethics
