About the Role
Join our team as a Senior Speech Pathologist and lead the delivery of high-quality care for older adults with complex communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs. Shape services, guide teams, and make a real impact on patient outcomes every day.

What you’ll do
• Lead and mentor clinicians and assistants
• Plan, coordinate and evaluate speech services
• Develop patient pathways and Models of Care
• Represent allied health in committees and projects
• Build strong links with external providers and community services

About You

You are a skilled and compassionate speech pathologist ready to make a real difference. You thrive in collaborative teams and bring expertise, sound judgement, and a consumer-centred approach to every interaction.

• Hold a degree in Speech Pathology and eligible for Speech Pathology Australia
• Demonstrate clinical skills in assessment, goal setting and management
• Apply evidence-based care and professional judgement confidently
• Build strong relationships across teams and external providers
• Experience with dysphagia, cognitive or communication disorders
