About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital part in delivering compassionate, person-centred care that promotes dignity, comfort and wellbeing for every patient. Working closely with Registered Nurses, you will contribute to safe, high-quality care that aligns with all regulatory and statutory requirements. This role offers the opportunity to grow your professional skills in a supportive environment, with practice ranging from novice to proficient as you build confidence and clinical capability.

Under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will assist in planning, implementing and evaluating care, while maintaining full accountability for your own practice. You’ll be welcomed into a collaborative team where your initiative, empathy and commitment to patient care are valued every day. About You

You bring a compassionate approach to nursing and a commitment to delivering safe, person-centred care. With a solid understanding of your professional responsibilities, you work confidently within a multidisciplinary environment to support positive outcomes for patients.

  • Registered or eligible for registration as an Enrolled Nurse, with qualification and approval to administer medicines through an accredited program.

  • Skilled communicator with the ability to work collaboratively, prioritise tasks and recognise changes in clinical condition.

  • Demonstrated experience providing high-quality nursing care aligned with professional standards and best practice.

  • Sound knowledge of the Enrolled Nurse role, including relevant legislation, codes, ethics and competency requirements.
