Take Charge of Quality Service: Team Leader – Catering & Utility Services.

Join our team as a Team Leader in Catering, Cleaning, Linen, and Laundry services and make a real impact on patient care. You’ll lead and support a dedicated team, ensuring high-quality food production, cleaning, and linen services are delivered efficiently and safely. This role offers opportunities to develop your leadership skills, oversee staff training, and contribute to a vital part of the health service

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate staff to deliver quality catering, cleaning, and linen services.
  • Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure safe work practices are followed.
  • Assist in training and developing staff, including apprentices and team members.
  • Manage resources, including food ordering, production, menus, and equipment maintenance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Do you have trade qualifications or trade equivalent skills as a Cook.
  • Do you have experience in commercial cookery, catering, or trade-equivalent skills?
  • Are you confident supervising staff and leading a small team effectively?
  • Do you have strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work efficiently?
  • Are you committed to maintaining high standards in food service, cleaning, and laundry operations?
