  • Full Time, Term Contract (Temporary for 12 months)

About the role

Provide specialist CAMHS care to children, adolescents and families with complex mental health needs, delivering assessment, counselling and group interventions. Lead and support multidisciplinary teams, drive quality improvement and ensure evidence-based practice, reporting to clinical managers and collaborating with NGOs and key stakeholders.

Key duties of the role

  • Deliver specialist assessment and therapeutic care for children, adolescents and families
  • Develop case formulation and implement evidence-based interventions
  • Lead complex case management within a multidisciplinary team
  • Provide consultation, supervision and clinical guidance to staff and partners
  • Drive quality improvement, evaluation and culturally safe practice
