As Executive Director, People & Culture, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of workforce services across the Limestone Coast Local Health Network. This includes leading a contemporary People & Culture function, supporting transformational change, and driving proactive strategies that build capability, strengthen performance, and create an engaged, future-ready workforce. You will also have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team spanning HR Operations, Organisational Development, WHS, Recruitment, Volunteering, and strategic workforce projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop our People & Culture portfolio to ensure best practice, and innovative workforce planning across the region.
- Provide expert advice and partnership to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and senior managers on workforce trends, risks, and complex HR matters.
- Drive initiatives that enhance organisational capability, build leadership strength, and support a culture of accountability, wellbeing, and high performance.
- Guide and mentor a diverse team - including HR, WHS, Recruitment, Training, Volunteering, and strategic project roles - to deliver exceptional service and sustainable workforce outcomes.
