Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse – Deliver Quality Care and Grow Your Professional Practice

Make a meaningful difference by providing high-quality, person-centred nursing care while developing your skills and supporting clinical excellence across RMCLHN.

About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses and Clinical Nurses to join our team and contribute to the delivery of safe, effective, and high-standard healthcare services.

As a Registered Nurse (RN/M1), you will provide nursing care within a health service setting, developing from a novice to a proficient practitioner through continuous learning and experience. You will consolidate your clinical knowledge, build your capability, and accept accountability for your own standards of care and for the supervision and delegation of activities to others.

As a Clinical Nurse (RN/M2C), you will deliver nursing services that reflect advanced clinical competence gained through experience and/or further study. You will take accountability for your practice standards, provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff, and contribute to continuous improvement in patient care. While your role will remain predominantly clinical, you will also be assigned portfolio responsibilities that align with your professional development goals and support broader service outcomes.
