About the role

In this role, you will deliver specialist neurodevelopmental and neonatal physiotherapy for infants and children. You’ll manage a diverse caseload, champion early intervention, and collaborate with families, clinicians, and community partners to achieve the best outcomes.

Key duties of the role

  • Provide physiotherapy assessment, management, and intervention for children and infants
  • Manage diverse neonatal and paediatric inpatient and outpatient caseloads with complex needs
  • Facilitate early diagnosis, guide care planning and support NDIS access for families
  • Deliver group therapy programs to optimise outcomes
  • Support teaching, clinical supervision, and continuous service improvement

Skills and Experience

  • Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 3 years paediatric experience, including neonatal and neurodevelopmental care
  • Expertise in early diagnosis, assessment tools, and evidence-based interventions
  • Proven ability to teach, mentor, and supervise staff or students
  • Strong skills in family support, time management, and multidisciplinary teamwork
