About the role: 

Reporting to the (Operationally) - Executive Director, Aboriginal Health (Professionally) - Senior Office Manager, some of your duties for the role will include:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and preparing for executive-level meetings, conferences, and events
  • Serve as a liaison point between the designated Executive and internal and external stakeholders, representing the Executive office with a positive and professional demeanour and promoting effective communication and coordination
  • Effectively screen telephone calls and resolve routine enquiries or identify where complex issues need to be referred
  • Providing an Executive Officer role to meetings as designated, including, compiling meeting materials, agendas, presentations, taking minutes, following up on action items and researching or sourcing of information as required

About you:

  • Proven ability to meet stringent deadlines and perform well under pressure and have sound knowledge of the functions and responsibilities of working in a CEO’s office
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to act as an effective and value-adding interface between clients, Executive Team and key internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in using the Microsoft Office suite of products to produce a range of high-quality documents
