About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Senior Occupational Therapist within our Older Persons Mental Health Service.

In this role, you will provide expert occupational therapy assessment and intervention for older adults experiencing mental health challenges in community settings. This role combines clinical excellence with community engagement, supporting clients to maintain independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments
  • develop and implement individualised treatment plans in community settings
  • collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior staff
  • participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives

To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
