About the Role

As a Safety and Quality Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping safe, effective, and consistent clinical practices across our Acute and Urgent Care program. You will work closely with senior leaders and clinical teams to design, implement, and evaluate programs and systems that align policy with practice. Your work will directly contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture and, most importantly, delivering high-quality care and improved outcomes for patients and clients.

In this role, you will coordinate and support a range of projects that underpin our Safety and Quality Plan, ensuring compliance with National Safety and Quality Healthcare Standards (NSQHS). You will provide expertise in quality improvement, risk management, and accreditation readiness, while maintaining accurate data and reporting systems.
