The Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN) is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director of Nursing & Midwifery. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated and compassionate team delivering outstanding health services to people across the Limestone Coast region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-level, confidential executive support through efficient correspondence management, meeting coordination, and accurate minutes.
  • Maintain organised administrative and records systems while supporting project tasks, research, and process improvements.
  • Act as a trusted liaison for staff and stakeholders, coordinating bookings, communication and follow-up actions across the network.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement by reviewing systems, supporting KPIs, and implementing effective office practices and procedures.

Our organisation

We serve a population of over 67,000 people in the Limestone Coast, as well as residents from Western Victoria. We employ over 1400 people, with 1.2% identifying as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and we are also supported by a team of approximately 600 hardworking volunteers.
