Are you an organised and motivated administrator looking to make a real impact in regional health services? The Eyre and Far North Local Health Network (EFNLHN) is seeking an Agency Support Officer to provide vital support to our nursing workforce across the region.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide centralised administrative support to Directors of Nursing and Nurse Unit Managers.
  • Coordinate agency nurse placements and manage accommodation bookings.
  • Build strong working relationships with nursing agencies, health unit leaders, and staff.
  • Support recruitment and retention strategies for nurses across multiple sites.

Working hours are flexible and can be arranged as either:

  • 4.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, or
  • 5.6 hours per day, over four days per week.

**Both hours and location are negotiable.**

About You:

We are looking for someone with excellent communication, organisational and time management skills who can work under pressure, meet deadlines, and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Previous administration experience is essential, with health sector experience highly regarded.
