About the role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll play an essential role in delivering compassionate, person-centred care to our patients. Working under the guidance of Registered Nurses, you’ll provide high-quality support while upholding regulatory and statutory standards. This position allows you to develop your skills in a collaborative environment, where your dedication to patient well-being will make a lasting impact.

This role is ideal for those who are early in their Enrolled Nurse career and are eager to grow from novice to proficient practice. About You

We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team. You’ll be a great fit if you bring:

  • Current registration or eligibility for registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing Board of Australia, with approved training in administering medicines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team, providing safe, person-centred care.
  • Proven experience in nursing care within an acute healthcare setting, recognising your own scope of practice and seeking guidance as needed.
  • Knowledge of the Enrolled Nurse role, relevant legislation, and industry standards, with a commitment to continuous learning and patient wellbeing.
