About the Role

We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurse to join our dedicated team, where you’ll play a vital role in delivering safe, person-centred care. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse or Midwife, you’ll contribute to the health and wellbeing of patients across a variety of clinical settings. As an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll be responsible for providing quality care while maintaining accountability for your own actions. About You

You’re a compassionate and committed Enrolled Nurse who takes pride in delivering person-centred care as part of a multidisciplinary team. To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Current registration (or eligibility) as an Enrolled Nurse, with a practising certificate and completion of an approved medicine administration program.

  • Strong clinical skills and experience in delivering nursing care in an acute healthcare setting, with a clear understanding of your scope of practice.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive approach to collaborating, escalating concerns, and contributing to patient wellbeing.

  • A sound knowledge of nursing standards and healthcare regulations, including relevant legislation, codes of conduct, and ethical practice.
