About the role

As a Customer Services Officer, you will be at the heart of our operations, delivering exceptional support to our clients and colleagues. You will manage a variety of customer service activities, including providing a friendly and efficient telephone answering service, responding to result enquiries, and assisting with general enquiries. Your role ensures that every interaction is handled with professionalism and care, creating a positive experience for all who contact us.

You will also coordinate requests for courier pickups and deliveries, ensuring smooth and timely service across our network. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in providing high-quality customer service. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be key to helping our team operate seamlessly and keeping our customers satisfied.

About You

You are a dedicated and professional individual who thrives in a busy customer service environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional support.

  • Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality customer service and managing enquiries efficiently.

  • Excellent verbal communication, telephone skills, and the ability to respond courteously and professionally.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads, solve problems, and work both independently and in a team.

  • Proficient in computer systems, including Microsoft Suite, with a commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and service excellence.
