About the Role

WHA-6  As Team Leader, you will play a key role in coordinating and overseeing the daily activities of Sterilising Services Attendants to ensure seamless support for our user areas. Your leadership will be vital in allocating duties effectively and guiding your team to deliver high-quality, consistent services in line with departmental policies and procedures. You’ll foster a positive and collaborative work environment where every team member feels valued and motivated. This is a 24/7 role that requires staff to work all shifts including weekends and nightshift.

In addition to supervising your team, you will take the lead in implementing new procedures and work practices that enhance efficiency and safety within the department. Your ability to manage change and support your staff through these improvements will be essential to the ongoing success of our services. Qualifications for WHA-6  Completion of AQF Certificate IV in Sterilising Services

WHA-7  As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, the CSSD Supervisor/Trainer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Central Sterile Supply Department. You’ll apply your expertise to oversee the reprocessing of reusable medical devices (RMDs) and accessories, maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Your leadership will help support day-to-day operations while fostering a collaborative and positive workplace.

In this role, you will supervise staff, manage rostering, and coordinate training programs to build a skilled and knowledgeable team. You’ll be committed to ongoing professional development, keeping your skills and knowledge up to date. Flexibility is key, as you’ll also contribute to general departmental duties as needed. Qualifications for WHA-7  AQF Certificate III & IV in Sterilising Services
